The company was formed in 1993, initially providing construction management services to civil engineering companies in the A.C.T. region. From early 1994 the company has been involved on major projects, including the Kuala Lumpur light rail bridges, Wandoo offshore oil platform, Eastern Distributor and the Pakse bridge in Laos. Design and commissioning of temporary works systems for bridges and concrete structures is a key area of the company's business.

The Company, in addition to its own technical capacity, maintains close links with a number of industry specialists. With the use of advanced application software covering the fields of estimating, cost control, structural analysis and project planning, the company is able to offer full project management services.
